Many of my nature photographs like this of Water Dragon have been made while kayaking on our local Sunshine Coast waterways.  To get this photograph first I had to convince the dragon that I don’t mean any harm to him. After taking my time to make him feel at ease in my presence  I was able to approach him at close range with my kayak.  Slow moving current and very low light levels environment of this creek, at the time  presented challenge to get sharp image of this lizard. I made series of images and this is one of them.
